The Metro: A Documentary chronicles the last month of the independent music venue Cafe Metropolis in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. For over ten years Cafe Metro served the local music scene by being an affordable, all ages, alcohol-free meeting place for bands and fans. The Metro played host to acts from all across the globe, but was special for the commitment to local bands and the local scene. It's the end of an era.
SUMMARY
Prepared in only three days & shot mostly in seven days, this is a 10 day documentary that chronicles the last month of Cafe Metropolis, an all-ages music venue that was in business for over 10 years.
